You or your child may be eligible to participate in the Canadian PANS Registry.
The Canadian PANS Registry will establish a comprehensive database to support advocacy for prompt diagnosis and treatment of PANS and PANDAS across Canada. Completing this questionnaire should take approximately 10 to 20 minutes.

- WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
- Any child or adult in Canada with a diagnosed or suspected case of PANS or PANDAS is eligible to participate. Enrollment is voluntary, confidential, and free of charge. You may withdraw at any time. Learn more
- IS MY INFORMATION SECURE?
- Yes, your information will be assigned a coded number to keep it confidential. Researchers and other stakeholders may request access to this data, but it is tightly controlled. Learn more
